Hello, I’m Keith O’Neill Ph.D., C.Ht. I’m a Speaker, Clinical and Sports Hypnotherapist, Self-Esteem Coach, Mental Performance Coach, Author and the survivor of a life-threatening head injury.

In 2010, I founded Full Esteem Ahead® Inc. and created The S-Team® Kids. Also, I created and developed The S-Team® Building System to help parents help their very young children develop healthy self-esteem before they enter kindergarten.
